A Chicago proposal by the lake and an Adler Planetarium engagement party

Meet Mark, Christine and Titan the dog. Back when they got engaged along chilly Lake Michigan at 12th Street Beach, during the final Bears game of the season at Soldier Field. Talk about logistics, you all. It was tricky business, but we were able to fully surprise Christine. She obviously said yes. Photographing a proposal is truly the best.

Later that evening, I joined them for a ceremony and celebration at The Adler Planetarium, just around the corner from the 12th Street Beach, where they got engaged earlier that day.
