Carrie and Dan eloped, Day One: Washington State Elopement

Within one month, Carrie and Dan planned their epic elopement to one of their favorite places that they had visited—the Olympic Peninsula just outside of Seattle. The best part? I got to join them to document it all. It just happens to also be one of my favorite places, so you can just imagine how excited I was when I heard about their plans.

We started with a photoshoot at the beautiful Lake Crescent after a 'First Look' at Bond Ranch Retreat where we all stayed. I have to admit, I was fighting back tears and excitement jitters all day. But holy WOW was it great.

Now that the little guy was dressed and ready, it was time for the big adventure. We headed to beautiful Lake Crescent for some photos. It was misting off and on, but that didn't stop us. 

We finished up Day One with a delicious dinner in town and then drank rare beers from their collection around the fire. I can't imagine a better way to end Day One.
