Eva & Omar’s Sofitel Chicago Wedding: Part 1
Eva and Omar got married at the end of June in front of their closest friends and family. Guests flew in from all over the world to see these two exchange vows and while I only spent the day with them, I cannot believe how in sync these two are. It was made more apparent as I was going through the photos from my second photographer and I when I saw that while Eva was giving out gifts, Omar was too. While Eva was looking out the window on the third floor, Omar was looking out the window on the second floor. While Eva was twirling in her dress, Omar couldn't take his eyes off of her. And, they both went through the day with the biggest smiles on their faces. I loved it! It was so great to see that and it was such an honor to photograph such an important day for these two adventurers, who are still on an epic honeymoon in South Africa.
Eva and Omar got ready at the Sofitel and then we headed out to take some photos downtown on a very hot day. They were such troopers though and I am so glad they were because we had a blast!

Then it was time for their first look, followed by an adventure around Chicago! I loved Liz's shot of Omar waiting for his first glimpse of Eva.
I loved this shot that Liz captured while I was getting them set up. So sweet!
