My 2020 + 2021 round-up!

Hey, hey, it is round-up time! Better late than never, right? I’ve been gathering some favorites from the past two years of weddings, portraits and proposals. Families will be coming, I promise.

Due to the pandemic postponements and new bookings, I photographed more weddings and portraits in 2021 than ever in a single year. In the beginning of 2020, I was able to sneak away to Mexico to photograph a wedding in Cancun, just before the pandemic kicked in. Close call. I also photographed a slew of intimate weddings, which are my absolute favorite, even during “normal times”. More of these, please. This past summer, I travelled to Vermont for a magical wedding on a farm in the mountains. Not to mention all of the weddings, proposals and elopements downtown Chicago (and beyond), many of which, were long overdue.

It has been a wild, wild, WILD ride, but we made it and I am forever grateful for everyone who trusted me to photograph these moments of joy.
